Updated March 27, 2020 ***Breaking News***

All,

Due to evolving events, the board of directors has voted to cancel the Bromeliad Society’s 48th annual show that was scheduled for May 16-17, 2020.

Due to evolving events, the board of directors has voted to cancel the April 18th ABCs meeting.

Our March 28th Spring Sale has been canceled. The West Gray facility is not available for the event.

After considering the latest news on the COVID-19, the health of our members and our speaker, and the possibility that West Gray may not be available, the Board of Directors has decided to cancel our March 17th General Meeting as well as our March 19th Board Meeting. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but felt we should err on the cautious side at this point. Linda Whipkey, VP of Programs, is working to reschedule our speaker for later in the year.

Our May 15 – 17th Show and Sale remain scheduled. We will reevaluate having them as we get closer to the events.

Thank you all for your understanding and we hope you all stay healthy and safe.

Cherie Lee
President BS/H
