Save the date! One of BSH’s most popular speakers is returning in October.

We’re pleased to welcome back Dennis Cathcart of Tropiflora for our October meeting. Dennis has been a longtime favorite of BSH members, sharing stories, bromeliads, and experiences from his many years of growing plants and traveling the world.

Program details are still being finalized, so watch for more information as we get closer to the meeting.

🛍️ Dennis Is Bringing Plants to Sell!

Dennis has confirmed that he will be bringing plants to sell at the October meeting, giving members and visitors an opportunity to add something new to their collections.

We’ll share any additional details about the plant sale if they become available.

🚫 No Raffle This Month

Because Dennis will be bringing plants to sell, we will not have our regular plant raffle at the October meeting. Please save your raffle plant donations for a future meeting.

🗳️ An Important Meeting for BSH Members

October is also when we elect the Bromeliad Society/Houston Board for the coming year.

We need a quorum of members present and voting in order to conduct the official election, so we’re asking all BSH members to make a special effort to attend this important meeting.
